Each of the soundtrack's are in production quality (320kbps)MP3 format which means you can download them and burn them to CD very easily using burn software or transfer them onto your MP3 or MP4 player. The soundtrack's have been produced at a relaxing 40 bpm, perfect for relaxation, meditation, trance, etc

Listening Instructions

For you to get the full effects it is recommended that you should lie down in a quite location, close your eyes, and play the recording. Adjust the volume down to just below comfort level, but loud enough so that you can hear the sounds clearly. Let your mind and body relax as you focus on the sounds and just try to let yourself go.
Remembering if you are listening to Binaural beats you will need to use headphones.
