The human mind has a direct link to spirit and spiritual growth is achieved by how strong this link is.

Christ consciousness is the recognition and blending of the human mind with the divine mind that is the source of true happiness and fulfilment and as this awareness in the mind grows and strengthens, life becomes more joyful and peaceful.

Spiritual approaches to consciousness involve the idea of altered states of consciousness, changes in the state of consciousness can occur spontaneously or by using the technology known as brainwave entrainment which is the use of sound to alter the brainwave's.

Awakening Christ consciousness is a suggested way that one can go about accessing and experiencing the Christ consciousness and what one may face if they chose to undertake such a journey.
