Chakra Balancing

In yoga it is believed that our health and spiritual development are all dependent on the proper functioning of the chakras.

The chakras are believed to be invisible vortexes of energy that spin in a clockwise direction and are arranged along the spinal column connecting the etheric body to the physical.

Through these chakras disease of the mind and spirit is thought to manifest as physical symptoms in the body. Eastern tradition believes that you can activate and balance the chakras through various visualization techniques.

The seven chakras are 1st chakra balance the base or root chakra is located at the base of the spine and is associated with the colour red the Sanskrit name is Muladhara meaning root.

The 2nd chakra balance is known as the sacral chakra it is located just below the navel and the colour is orange and the Sanskrit name is Svadhisthana meaning sacred self.

The 3rd chakra balance is known as the solar plexus chakra and is located at the base of the sternum its colour is yellow and the Sanskrit name is Manipura meaning seat of the soul.

The 4th chakra balance known as the heart chakra is located in the center of the chest its colour is green and the Sanskrit name is Anahata meaning unbeaten.

The 5th chakra balance is known as the throat chakra it is located were the Adams apple is and its colour is blue and the Sanskrit name is Vishuddha meaning purification.

The 6th chakra balance is known as the brow or third eye chakra and is located in the center of the forehead between the eyes its colour is indigo and the Sanskrit name is Ajna meaning perception.

The 7th chakra balance is known as the crown chakra and is located at the soft spot on the top of the head its colour is white and the Sanskrit name is Sahasrara meaning crown.

There is another way to activate and balance the chakras which is to use mind sessions using either binaural-monaural or isochronic tones. With these sessions you can also stimulate and awaken the kundalini.

In eastern religions they spend years meditating to try and awaken this power for spiritual experiences.

The kundalini if awakened and allowed to progress from the base of the spine to the brain will cause spiritual evolution provided there is no conscious resistance.

The way to awaken the kundalini is to stimulate either the 3rd eye or the crown chakra with mind sessions.

Using the sessions we have developed on this site you can balance Chakras, awaken the kundalini, meet your spirit guides, and develop your psychic abilities and a lot more.
